    Hello! My name is Maude Martinez, and I hold a bachelor\u2019s degree in nutrition from the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al. I have been working as a nutritionist at LauGau Nutrition since 2021.<\/p>

    Drawing on my professional background in teaching and communications, I enjoy taking on a wide variety of responsibilities in my work. I find just as much fulfillment in providing one-on-one support to clients as I do in leading lectures and group courses. I take a gentle, warm, and dynamic approach, considering each person as a whole in order to support them in achieving their goals\u2014whether that involves recovery from an eating disorder or improving lifestyle habits.<\/p>

    I am particularly interested in the impact of weight stigma (fatphobia) and neurodivergence on eating behaviors and one\u2019s relationship with food. Since 2024, I have been involved with Arrimage, an organization dedicated to promoting body acceptance and diversity, where I serve as a board member and occasional speaker. Creating safe and inclusive spaces for everyone is deeply important to me.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
