Audrey Nantel
A clinical nutritionist with a master’s degree in nutrition, Audrey is particularly interested in helping teenagers and adults with eating disorders. Audrey’s approach is based on listening, caring and non-judgment, adapting her advice to the unique reality of each client. Her goal: to contribute to the development of a healthy relationship with food, whatever the stage of life.
Conducted at the CHU Sainte-Justine Research Center, the work resulting from her master’s degree raises the importance of considering factors such as mental workload, performance pressure and information fatigue, as well as the importance of eating pleasure and convenience as determinants of food choices.
Alongside her clinical practice, Audrey is a lecturer in the Department of Nutrition at the Université de Montréal, contributing to the development of the next generation of nutritionists.
