At LauGau Nutrition, we offer you the opportunity to discuss your clothing issues. The vision of plus-size clothing is constantly evolving to embrace body diversity and promote inclusion in fashion. It’s possible to recognize that sizes are not a single standard and to offer clothing that suits different body shapes.
Does that ring a bell?
- Shopping for clothes makes you very anxious
- It’s hard for you to find clothes in which you feel comfortable.
- You’re afraid of being judged if you wear certain clothes.
Topics covered:
– Discussion of the challenges of dressing for a large body
– Suggestions for shops/sites offering inclusive sizes
Format:
70 (incl. taxes) per person online via the Zoom platform.
Tuesday March 3 (6:00 pm to 7:30 pm) and Tuesday April 28 (6:00 pm to 7:30 pm)
6people.
A receipt will be given at the end of each workshop so that you can claim on your private insurance or for tax purposes.

Université de Montréal. I have been working as a nutritionist at LauGau Nutrition since
2021.
Following my professional experience in teaching and communications,
I like to take on a variety of tasks in my work. I enjoy guiding my
clients individually as much as giving lectures and group courses. I have a
as a whole in order to support him/her in his/her goal, from recovery from an eating disorder
to improving lifestyle habits. I’m interested in
people’s eating and relationship with food. Since 2024, I’ve been involved with Arrimage, an organization whose mission is to promote body acceptance and diversity, as a board member and occasional speaker. It’s important to me to create safe and inclusive places for everyone.
