Audrey Nantel
A clinical nutritionist with a master’s degree in nutrition, Audrey is particularly interested in helping adolescents and adults with eating disorders. In her coaching, Audrey adopts a listening, caring and non-judgmental approach, adapting her advice to the unique reality of each customer. Its goal: to contribute to the development of a healthy relationship with food, whatever the stage of life.
Audrey’s master’s work, carried out at the CHU Sainte-Justine Research Center, highlights the importance of considering factors such as mental workload, performance pressure and information fatigue, as well as the importance of eating pleasure and practicality as determinants of food choices. In parallel with her clinical practice, Audrey is a lecturer in the Department of Nutrition at the Université de Montréal, contributing to the development of the next generation of nutritionists.
