Brisez l'isolement en formule de groupe!
Break the isolation through a group setting!
Do you feel alone when facing your eating disorder or body image challenges, and feel like no one truly understands you?
Our group classes are designed for you.
Attending a group class means giving yourself a space for learning where vulnerability becomes a collective strength while allowing you to experience something deeply enriching.
Take part in open, non-judgmental discussions and connect with others who are facing similar challenges. Our group sessions are not just simple meetings; they are genuine spaces for connection and sharing, where you will finally find people who truly understand what you are going through.
This is finally your opportunity to share your personal experience and feel supported in a safe and caring environment.
Don’t put your well-being off until tomorrow. Spaces are limited.
Sign up today and join us to break the silence and begin rebuilding yourself now!

Topics to suggest?
The group is a living space that evolves with its participants. If you have discussion topics that are close to your heart, experiences you would like to share, or themes you would like to explore during the sessions, don’t hesitate to suggest them. Your ideas are valuable and help enrich the discussions so that everyone feels represented and heard. You may bring them up directly within the group or share them confidentially with the facilitator.
